We run a lead generation agency that manages over 50 contractor clients, with all lead data organized in a Google Sheet. We want to build a scalable system where each client gets their own private dashboard showing their appointment and lead performance — embedded directly into a Webflow client portal.

Set up a scalable system to:

Filter our Google Sheet data by contractor name

Create separate Looker Studio dashboards per contractor

Design a template dashboard we can reuse for each client

Connect each dashboard to its corresponding filtered tab or data source

Generate shareable dashboard links that can be embedded or automated

Embed each dashboard into Webflow CMS pages using iframes

Assist with Zapier integration so links can be automatically sent via SMS/email

💡 Ideal Candidate:

Strong experience with Looker Studio (Data Studio)

Proficient with Google Sheets + formulas like FILTER() or QUERY()

Experience embedding dashboards in Webflow CMS

Familiarity with Zapier automations

Able to think through scalable solutions (50+ clients)
