Senior Expert for Swiss Digital Agency Projects

Hello,

I run a Swiss digital agency and I’m building a long-term roster of reliable Webflow experts to handle a wide range of client work (new builds, redesigns, CMS, fixes, and ongoing support).

This is a white-label collaboration: the agency brings the clients, you execute delivery to a high standard. If you are looking to co-manage client relationships, this is not a fit.

  • Typical tasks:

Figma to Webflow (pixel-perfect builds)

Redesigns / rebuilds of existing Webflow sites

Webflow CMS setup (collections, templates, dynamic pages)

Landing pages focused on conversion

SEO fundamentals (headings structure, meta, alt text, clean structure)

Performance optimization (images, structure, speed best practices)

Responsive fixes (mobile / tablet / desktop)

Interactions/animations (clean and tasteful)

Bug fixing and troubleshooting (layout, CMS, forms, integrations)

Clean client handoff (Editor-friendly setup + basic documentation when needed)

  • Quality standards

Clean structure and consistent class naming (Client-First preferred)

Reusable components and an organized Webflow project

Strong attention to detail (spacing, typography, alignment)

Reliable deadlines and proactive communication

  • Non-negotiable requirements

White-label only: all work is delivered under the agency brand

Portfolio restriction: you may not publish, showcase, or claim this work publicly (portfolio, Behance, Dribbble, social media, case studies, personal website, etc.) unless explicitly authorized in writing

NDA required: you must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. For Swiss client privacy and compliance requirements, this is mandatory in our process

Professional communication and predictable availability

  • Nice to have

Client-First experience (or equivalent system)

Experience with multilingual sites (FR/EN/DE)

Solid understanding of conversion-focused pages

  • Selection process

Shortlisted candidates will receive a small paid test task (e.g., one section build or a mini audit + fixes) to validate speed and quality before long-term work.

To apply (follow exactly)

Start your proposal with: READY

Then send:

2–3 Webflow projects (live links) + your role on each

Confirm: “I can sign an NDA and I accept white-label work with no portfolio publication.”

Answer:

Do you use Client-First or another class naming system?

Your timezone and weekly availability

If the quality is there, this can become steady long-term work.
