Although I have used an LLM to clean up the language and tell me what I forgot, I typed the entire description by hand first and most likely the winning proposal will also be written by hand. We love AI to automate the boring part of the work, but this is about finding someone who truly has the experience and skill to take on this challenge and thus we expect the same.
Project Overview
We are looking for a full-service partner to refresh and improve our existing website, with a clear focus on driving higher-quality leads from hotel chain decision-makers.
This is not a full rebrand. The goal is clearer messaging, stronger positioning, and a more credible SaaS presentation that supports our sales team.
Scope of Work
The project will include the following components:
SaaS website copy rewrite
Rewrite and improve our existing copy with a focus on clarity, differentiation, and lead conversion for hotel decision-makers.
New product messaging
Write and incorporate updated copy for a new product offering: AI-driven group booking automation.
Platform migration
We currently run a hybrid setup using Unbounce and WordPress. We want to fully migrate away from Unbounce.
WordPress (with a high-quality template) or Webflow are both acceptable.
Multilingual setup
Primary copy will be written in English.
Our internal team will handle adaptation and review for German and Spanish.
The setup should make it easy to add additional languages in the future.
