Senior Developer for Advanced Site Build & Optimization
We are executing a brand alignment for a rental property site. We require a technical Webflow expert to build/adapt 19 pages (7 Core Redesigns + 12 UI Refined pages) based on Figma files. You must translate these layouts into a pixel-perfect, high-performance experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Site Build: End-to-end implementation of 19 pages provided via Figma.
CMS Engineering & Conditional Logic:
Modify/Rebuild existing property collections to support new brand standards/layouts.
Conditional Visibility: Implement logic so that if a villa does not have specific content (e.g., a video or specific amenity), that section collapses/hides entirely to avoid empty spaces on the page.
Expand Blog taxonomy to include Categories and Multi-reference Tags.
Dynamic Fallbacks: Set up logic where property pages pull tagged blog posts, defaulting to a "General" post only if no specific tags are available.
Animation & Motion: Replicate sophisticated, airy animations (reveal fades, smooth parallax) as seen on the current homepage across all 19 pages.
Performance & Lighthouse: Deliver Lighthouse scores (90+) on both mobile and desktop. This includes optimizing the build for maximum "Time to Interactive" (TTI).
SEO Integrity: All URL slugs must remain identical to the legacy site. You will be responsible for a full audit of 301 redirects and technical QA to ensure zero ranking loss.
Requirements:
Fluent/Strong English: Must be able to understand complex structural briefs and provide clear technical updates.
Availability: Minimum of 5 hours overlap during the GMT workday.
Immediate Start: Available Monday, Jan 19th for site assessment, with the ability to handle "dripped" Figma files starting Tuesday, Jan 20th.
QA & Launch: You are responsible for end-to-end QA, including cross-browser testing and mobile responsiveness validation for the live site delivery.
Please provide links to 3 live Webflow sites you have built (where relevant) that:
Were built from Figma files.
Feature sophisticated animations (reveals/parallax).
Currently score 90+ on Lighthouse Performance.
Please start your application off with the word Roses.
