Overview:

We’re a fast-growing dental marketing agency expanding our Webflow development capacity. This is not a beginner role - we’re looking for an expert-level Webflow developer who can execute full website builds from scratch with speed, accuracy, and excellent communication.

​

We already have a dev team and a proven process. Now we want to add another high-performing Webflow expert for consistent, ongoing work if it’s a great fit.

​

What You’ll Be Working On:

​

• The full development of a Webflow website, built using our provided style guide and established core functionality, allowing you to work efficiently within our tried-and-tested framework.

​

• Responsive builds with clean structure and scalable components

​

• Interaction sites (Webflow interactions; GSAP/JS a plus)

​

• Working closely with our team to iterate, and execute quickly

​

• High attention to detail (we expect polish)

​

Communication & Availability (non-negotiable):

​

• Comfortable working within established page and class structures

​

• High attention to detail and consistency

​

• Ability to work efficiently and follow existing conventions

​

• We move fast and need someone who can keep up. You must be:

​

• An excellent communicator (clear updates, clear questions, clear delivery)

​

• Comfortable working in a tight turnaround environment

​

Our Setup:

Our builds use a framework closely aligned with Client-First.

​

Any competent Webflow developer should find it intuitive. We can provide guidance/training/support where needed - but the priority is speed, clarity, and high-quality execution.

Required Experience:

​

• Expert-level Webflow experience

​

• Proven experience building sites from scratch (not templates)

​

• Strong Webflow interactions implementation

​

Nice to Have:

​

• Experience with GSAP and other JavaScript animation libraries

​

• Familiarity with design systems and component-based builds

​

Budget: Open to chat about this more but we ideally like to align on a fixed fee per project - but please share your rate and preferred structure and what you might expect for a full site build.
