Agency Website Rebuild for Scalability and Easy Updates

We’re a rapidly expanding paid ads agency working with fast-scaling eCommerce brands. Our current website was custom-coded and looks great but it’s too rigid and not user-friendly when it comes to making updates or scaling content fast.

We’re looking for an expert web developer/designer to replicate our current site 1:1 on a modern, flexible website builder like Webflow, Framer, or another suggestion you can recommend. The goal is to maintain the current visual quality while giving us the ability to edit/add pages quickly without dev help.

Goals:

Rebuild our entire current site with the same exact design, layout, animations, and functionality

Use a platform that allows non-technical users to:

Add new case studies

Update text, images, and testimonials

Create new pages like “Careers” and “Newsletter Opt-In” easily

Improve page speed, SEO structure, and mobile responsiveness

Implement a CMS structure for modular content like career listings

Ensure it’s scalable — we want to evolve the site over time without breaking the design

What We’ll Provide:

Full access to our current custom-coded website as a reference

Brand assets (logo, fonts, color palette)

Copy and content for new sections we want to add

Reference examples of what we like for new pages (like careers/newsletter)

Must-Haves:

Expert-level experience in Webflow, Framer, or other no-code/low-code platforms

Ability to replicate pixel-perfect designs and animations

Clean CMS setup and structured naming system

Strong communication and proactiveness — we move fast

Portfolio of agency-level websites (not templated-looking)

Bonus If You Have:

Experience working with marketing or creative agencies

Knowledge of conversion-optimized layouts

Familiarity with SEO best practices, schema, and performance tools

Ability to connect with tools like Airtable, Zapier, or applicant tracking systems (ATS) for Careers page

Example Features to Build:

Homepage, About, Services, Case Studies, Contact (replicated from our current site)

Newsletter opt-in section page

Modular Careers page with dynamic job postings

Mobile responsive nav + scroll effects

CMS templates for future use (case studies, blogs, team bios, etc.)

Timeline:

Ideally within 2–4 weeks — please share your availability.

To Apply:

Please include:

Portfolio links to modern websites you've built (ideally for agencies or sales funnels)

Which platform you would use and why (Webflow, Framer, etc.)

Estimated cost + timeframe

Any questions or thoughts on how you'd approach this project

We’re looking to start ASAP — only apply if you have the design chops and technical ability to rebuild a premium, agency-grade website into a flexible and fast CMS setup.
