Freelance Developer for Monday.com Integration

🎯 Freelance Opportunity – Monday.com x Microsoft 365 x Webflow Integration (Client Portal)

📌 Context:

We’re looking for a freelance developer to build a smart bridge between our Monday.com workspace, the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook…), and our Webflow website.

The goal is to allow each of our clients to access a personalized portal or landing page where they can view real-time data from Monday.com regarding the status of their ongoing projects and services.

🎯 Mission Objectives:

• Integrate Monday.com with Microsoft 365 to automate internal workflows and centralize data.

• Create a secure client space on Webflow where each client can only access their own data (project status, comments, deadlines, files, etc.).

• Determine and implement the most reliable and scalable technical setup (Make.com, Zapier, Power Automate, or custom API).

• Set up the basics of user management and authentication on the Webflow front-end (login, access rights, user experience).

📦 Deliverables:

• A clear architecture map of the solution (data flow, tools used, security).

• Operational integration between Monday, Microsoft tools, and Webflow.

• Creation and configuration of the necessary pages in Webflow.

• Secured client login system with dynamic data filtering.

• Basic documentation for handover (aimed at a non-technical internal team).

🧠 Ideal Profile:

• Solid experience with Monday.com integrations (API, Make, Zapier, Power Automate).

• Strong knowledge of Webflow, especially building client portals (using tools like Memberstack, Wized, Outseta, or similar).

• Clear understanding of data security, user access management, and client-facing UX.

• Ability to recommend the most efficient and maintainable technical stack.

📅 Project Details:

• Start: ASAP

• Duration: To be defined together (goal: MVP within 2–4 weeks)

• Location: Fully remote

• Language: English or French

• Budget: To be proposed based on project scope (open to fixed price or daily rate)
