We do not expect you to code a physics engine from scratch. We want to achieve a similar visual result ("The Hut8 Vibe") using Webflow and Spline to stay within our budget and timeline.

THE TECH STRATEGY Base: Webflow (Clean structure, responsive, SEO). 3D/Interactions: Spline (Interactive hero section, mouse-move parallax). Cost Management: We (the client) will cover the "Spline Super" subscription for hosting the 3D scenes without logos. You just need to build it.

THE SCOPE (WHAT YOU NEED TO BUILD) We have a detailed concept and wireframes. Here are the key sections:

HERO SECTION ("IRON MAN EFFECT") Central Logo (Placeholder will be provided). On click: Animated glass-morphism windows "explode" open spatially (like the Iron Man HUD). Needs to utilize Spline for real 3D depth and mouse-hover parallax.

SCROLLYTELLING JOURNEY As the user scrolls, the background visual evolves from a Sketch to a Wireframe to the Final App UI.

INTERACTIVE APP DEMO Scroll-jacking section where scrolling controls a "Swipe Card" animation of our app interface.

THE CITY (COMMUNITY) A 3D City background (Spline or Video Loop) with popping-up user profiles to visualize the community.

FOUNDER SECTION Integration of a cutout video (founder moving/sitting) that blends seamlessly into the dark background.

ATMOSPHERE (CRITICAL) We need that "High-End Tech" look. Use Bloom (Glow), Noise, and Chromatic Aberration in Spline/CSS to avoid a flat "plastic" 3D look.

WHAT WE PROVIDE Full text copy (English/German). Asset briefing (we can provide the Founder video and basic images). Clear design direction. Note: The real project name and logo will be shared after hiring / NDA.

BUDGET Fixed Price: $1,400 USD (approx. €1,300). This is a strict budget. We are looking for a "Smart Implementation" (Webflow interactions + Spline embeds) rather than expensive custom coding.
