Designs from scratch (not pre-made templates)

Has a strong design eye AND solid development skills

​

Can implement smooth animations, transitions, and interactive effects

​

Understands UX/UI, performance, and conversion-focused design

​

Builds sites that feel premium, modern, and alive

​

Is comfortable collaborating and taking creative direction

​

Technical & Creative Requirements

​

You should be experienced with:

​

Custom web design (Figma / Adobe XD or similar)

​

HTML, CSS, JavaScript (bonus for GSAP, Framer Motion, Webflow animations, etc.)

​

Responsive, mobile-first design

​

Clean, maintainable code

​

Performance optimization (speed matters)

​
