Dental Practice Website Build & Handoff (One-Time Project)

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Syal Family Dentistry (general & cosmetic practice in Santa Rosa, CA) needs a modern, mobile-first website built once and handed off—no ongoing retainer. Preferred stack: WordPress + Elementor or Webflow, but we will consider a static Jamstack build (deployed to Netlify) if monthly maintenance remains near-zero.

SCOPE & DELIVERABLES

• Pages: 7 core pages – Home, About Us, Services, New Patients, Reviews, Blog/Articles, Contact Us

• Design: Clean, professional, easy to navigate. Use our brand colors (white / gold) and supplied logo. Provide editable design source (Figma or equivalent).

• Forms: HIPAA-compliant appointment request (embed Jotform HIPAA, PBHS TruForm, or equivalent — no PHI emailed in plain text).

• Local SEO: – Add Dentist & LocalBusiness JSON-LD schema – Title/meta tags & H-structure – Optimized images (WebP)

• Accessibility: WCAG 2.1 AA checklist pass (WAVE / axe test).

• Performance: Google PageSpeed Insight score ≥ 90 on mobile and 2 s time-to-interactive.

• Hosting Setup: Deploy on my SiteGround account (if WordPress) or Netlify/Vercel (if Jamstack). You will build the site on an account I own and hand over full admin credentials.

• Documentation: One-page PDF + 5-minute Loom video showing how to edit text/images and run updates.

• Warranty: 30-day bug-fix support after final approval.

BUDGET & TIMELINE

Fixed price: USD $1,500 – $3,000 (quote based on your plan)

Timeline: 3 – 4 weeks from contract start to launch (including revisions)

HOW TO APPLY

1. Link 2 – 3 live medical or dental sites you personally built.

2. Briefly outline your build stack (WP, Webflow, or Jamstack) and how you’ll meet the HIPAA, ADA, and PageSpeed requirements.

3. Provide a fixed-price figure and milestone breakdown (design mock-up, development, revisions, launch, handoff).

Proposals without relevant healthcare examples or without a fixed-price figure will be archived.
