We're looking for an experienced Webflow designer/developer to redesign and upgrade our current website ) from WordPress to Webflow.

Our goal is a fresh, modern, and high-performing site that maintains the user experience, SEO, content, and functionality of the current website, while elevating the brand visually and technically.

The ideal candidate will know how to strategically leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, from design iterations to content organization, so the project is completed quickly, efficiently, and effectively without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities:
• Redesign and rebuild the current WordPress website in Webflow with a modern, clean, and professional design.
• Ensure all existing content, pages, and functionality are migrated seamlessly.
• Maintain (and improve) current SEO structure (meta tags, schema, redirects, etc.).
• Preserve and improve user experience with a focus on intuitive navigation and mobile optimization.
• Optimize site performance (speed, responsiveness, accessibility).
• Integrate Webflow CMS where appropriate for scalability.
• Suggest and implement AIpowered solutions to accelerate design, content optimization, and SEO tasks.

Requirements:
• Proven experience migrating sites from WordPress to Webflow.
• Strong portfolio of Webflow websites (bonus if in the cannabis, delivery, or ecommerce industries).
• Deep understanding of Webflow CMS, responsive design, and modern web standards.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and site migration strategies.
• Experience using AIpowered tools for design, content, and/or workflow efficiency.
• Ability to deliver clean, wellstructured, and scalable Webflow builds.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred:
Experience with compliance-sensitive industries (like cannabis).
Cannabis web design experience is preferred
Knowledge of integrations (Dutchie, AlpineIQ, GA4, analytics, etc.).
Ability to provide post-launch support
