We are seeking a talented Webflow Designer/Developer to join our healthcare client's team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing and expanding a website built on Webflow, with a focus on media integration including podcasts, articles, photos, etc. as well as general site improvements.

This is a remote role, 8-12 hours/week, with work beginning in early October 2025 and continuing through roughly mid-November.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the client's existing Webflow site, ensuring responsiveness and consistent design.
• Build and integrate a Podcast page
• Potentially incorporating a CMS for ongoing episode management
• Integration of YouTube widget for existing video content
• Transcript integration for SEO purposes
• Create a Media hits page to centralize press mentions and generate leads
• Implement general updates such as adding Instagram links, creating easy-to-use templates for content updates, and ensuring design consistency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Webflow design and development
• Strong hybrid skill set: design sensibility with development capability
• Proficiency in Webflow, Figma, and basic Creative Suite
• Ability to potentially integrate with a CMS structures for scalable content management
• Strategic thinker with experience enhancing personal/brand websites
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
