The current team page has too much row, it is hard for user to digest and need to scroll down.

We want the page to have department button to filter the display of team member by department.

1. Add department button (Product, Engineering, Operation & Growth, Associate)

1. Ensure the button is working, filter the display of our team members based on selected department.
