WordPress to Webflow Migration Manager & SEO Specialist

We are helping a rug store in San Diego redesign and simplify their online presence. They currently have two WordPress websites:

Site A: ~32 pages

Site B: ~1,300+ pages (including many old blog posts and e-commerce product pages that we plan to eliminate)

We want to migrate these sites to Webflow, but only after pruning and modernizing. The new websites will not require e-commerce functionality.

Project Scope (3 Parts):

  1. Site Audit (SEO Value Review)
  • Audit both sites to identify which pages should be preserved for SEO purposes.

  • Deliver a report/recommendation of which pages to keep vs. drop.

  • Provide a redirect plan for URLs that will not be migrated.

  1. Webflow Templates & Design System
  • Create ~6 Webflow templates (homepage, service page, blog post, contact, about, etc.).

  • Incorporate a new logo (we will be updating this separately) and create a matching color/style system for the site.

  • Templates should be modern, responsive, and easy to edit in Webflow.

  1. Migration (WordPress → Webflow)
  • Migrate all “keeper” pages identified in Part 1 into Webflow using the templates from Part 2.

  • Ensure that SEO metadata, structure, and redirects are properly set up.

  • QA the migrated site for functionality, responsiveness, and SEO best practices.

Because the final number of pages will depend on the audit, you may propose a range for the migration cost.

Additional Notes:

  • Both sites belong to the same company and can share the same templates.

  • We are dropping e-commerce and many older/low-value blog posts, so the final page count will be far lower than 1,300.

  • If you want to apply for only one of the three parts (audit, templates, or migration), please indicate this in your proposal. We may split this into separate jobs depending on proposals received.

What to Include in Your Proposal:

  • Flat-rate budget for each of the three parts (Part 3 can be a range).

  • Examples of previous WordPress → Webflow migrations you have completed.

  • Any experience you have with SEO-focused migration projects.

  • Timeline estimates for each part.
