Virtual Assistant for Website Management

I’m looking for a Virtual Assistant with Webflow experience to help with website updates, content management, and technical tasks. You don’t need to be a Webflow expert, but you should be comfortable in the platform, able to follow direction, and committed to documenting and communicating your progress clearly.

This role requires strong communication, technical acumen, and attention to detail. You’ll need to ask good questions, keep me updated, and make sure every task is finished to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain websites in Webflow (layouts, CMS items, content, assets).

• Follow design and task instructions carefully.

• Communicate progress regularly and clearly in ClickUp (our task hub).

• Document updates and processes so nothing gets lost.

• Check and polish work before marking it complete.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Webflow (professional or personal use).

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Organized and dependable with deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering finished work.

• Willing to use the Upwork Time Tracker (required).

Nice to Have:

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.

• Eye for design consistency, alignment, and polish.

• Comfort with SEO basics or CMS structuring.

Budget & Terms:

• Hourly role only.

• Rate based on experience.

• Long-term potential if collaboration goes well.
