We're looking for an experienced Webflow (or Framer) developer to bring our Figma designs to life and set up a technically robust, responsive, and compliant website. This project is ideal for someone who not only understands pixel-perfect development from design files but also has strong technical expertise in Webflow hosting, integrations, SEO, compliance, and setups.

Project Scope & Responsibilities

1. Figma to Webflow (or Framer) Development:

Convert provided Figma designs into a fully responsive Webflow (or Framer) website.

Ensure all animations, typography, and layout match the original designs.

Use a mobile-first, responsive design approach.

1. Domain & Hosting Setup:

Configure domain purchased via GoDaddy to point to Webflow.

Set up Webflow hosting, SSL certificates, and DNS records (CNAME, A).

1. Legal Compliance Setup:

Create and link Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Cookies Policy pages.

Ensure GDPR and CCPA compliance using tools like Cookiebot or OneTrust.

1. SEO & Analytics Implementation:

Set up meta titles, alt tags, SEO-friendly URLs, structured data.

Integrate Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.

Generate and submit an XML sitemap and configure robots.txt.

1. Multilingual Support:

Implement English and Spanish versions of the website using Weglot or similar.

Add hreflang tags and ensure SEO optimization in both languages.

1. Performance Optimization:

Optimize images (preferably WebP), implement lazy loading, minify CSS/JS.

Use Webflow CDN and test site speed via Google PageSpeed Insights.

1. Cloudflare Integration (Optional):

Configure Cloudflare for added DDoS protection, CDN delivery, and DNS management.

1. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

Set up lead capture forms, optimized CTAs, exit-intent popups, testimonials, and A/B testing.

1. Accessibility Compliance:

Audit and update site for WCAG/ADA compliance (keyboard navigation, screen readers, color contrast).

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience building responsive Webflow websites from Figma.

Solid understanding of SEO, Google tools, and legal compliance requirements.

Familiarity with third-party integrations (MemberStack, Weglot, Cookiebot, etc.).

Can audit and implement accessibility features (ADA, WCAG).

Bonus if you have experience using Framer as an alternative.
