Job Description
• Own the end-to-end development and management of Tapcheck's Webflow website, ensuring a seamless, high-performing experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement landing pages, campaign pages, and website updates that drive engagement and conversions.
• Optimize site speed, responsiveness, and SEO best practices to enhance visibility and performance.
• Manage and collaborate with external agencies to scale Webflow development efforts, ensuring high-quality execution while maintaining brand and performance standards.
• Develop custom interactions, animations, and CMS-driven content to elevate UX/UI.
• Integrate Webflow with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and automation workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure uptime, security, and functionality.
• Maintain design consistency, accessibility standards, and mobile-first best practices.
• Stay ahead of Webflow updates, industry trends, and best practices to continuously enhance Tapcheck's digital presence.

Requirements
• 4+ years of Webflow development experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing marketing-driven websites.
• Design experience, with a keen eye for layout, typography, and user experience best practices.
• Strong understanding of SEO, site performance optimization, and conversion rate best practices.
• Experience integrating Webflow with marketing tools, automation platforms, and analytics dashboards.
• A collaborative mindset, working closely with designers, content strategists, and growth marketers.
• A data-driven approach, leveraging insights to inform design and functionality improvements.
• Previous experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, HR tech, or a high-growth startup.
