We’re seeking an experienced Webflow development partner (agency or small firm) to support ongoing projects on a monthly retainer basis. Our work primarily revolves around structured, CMS-driven builds, component libraries, and scalable Webflow architectures — not quick one-off landing pages.

This partnership will focus on maintaining, improving, and launching new Webflow sites that are design-consistent, automation-ready, and data-driven.

Scope of Work:

Build and manage CMS Collections (blogs, resources, services, case studies, etc.)

Create dynamic and reusable components across pages

Optimize site structure for scalability and SEO performance

Implement responsive layouts and visual polish based on provided designs

Collaborate with our internal team to integrate automations (Make, Xano, or similar)

Provide monthly maintenance, updates, and new page builds as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience building complex Webflow projects with multi-level CMS structures

Familiar with data relationships, reference fields, and conditional logic

Understand style system hierarchy and best practices for scalable Webflow design

Agency or firm setup (multiple team members preferred for continuity)

Comfortable working in a structured environment with recurring deliverables

Fluent in English with clear written communication

Preferred regions: Eastern Europe
