Short-Term Frontend Developer
Webflow Front-End Developer with Figma Experience (Short-Term Contract)
We’re looking for an experienced Webflow front-end developer who can refine layouts in Figma and execute them cleanly in Webflow, working from an existing wireframe and established visual direction.
This is a short-term, well-defined project, not an exploratory design engagement. The site structure, copy, messaging, and overall direction are already set. Your role is to help elevate clarity, hierarchy, spacing, and flow — then implement precisely in Webflow.
Project Context
We are building a structured, authority-driven website for an established, international, remote healthcare education program. The site must feel calm, intentional, and system-based — not trendy, experimental, or personality-driven.
You will be collaborating directly with the project lead, who owns:
Information architecture
Copy and messaging
Visual standards
Final decisions
Your responsibility is execution quality and design refinement, not creative discovery.
What You’ll Be Doing
Review existing Webflow wireframes and structure
Mock up refinements in Figma (layout, spacing, hierarchy, flow)
Translate approved Figma layouts into clean, responsive Webflow builds
Ensure consistency across breakpoints (desktop, tablet, mobile)
Work within Webflow CMS where applicable
Maintain clean class naming and scalable structure
Make thoughtful design adjustments that improve clarity without changing intent
What This Is NOT
Not a greenfield design project
Not brand exploration or visual identity work
Not UX research or user testing
Not backend or custom code-heavy development
Not a long-term retainer
If you’re looking to “put your stamp” on the design or reinvent the site, this is not a fit.
