CMS Specialist and Site Refinement Expert

Hi there! I’m looking for a Webflow expert to help finalize and polish a new version of our website for Loving Angels Care, a UK-based home care provider.

The design is already in progress and built using a Webflow template, but I now need support on both technical development and project organization. This role requires someone experienced in Webflow CMS, class naming best practices, layout refinement, and ideally some experience with location-based page functionality.

What I need help with:

  1. Location-based functionality

II need a feature where users can enter their postal code or select their UK location, and based on that:

  • Be redirected to a location-specific page (each branch has its own page with team, services, contact info, etc.)

  • Or see filtered content based on their area.

  • This could be powered by Webflow CMS and conditional logic, or possibly involve custom code or an external solution, open to suggestions.

Example:

  • User enters Postcode 1234 → sees Manchester branch page

  • User enters Postcode 9876 → sees London branch page

  1. Organizing and cleaning the current Webflow project

  • I used a template and modified it, but now the classes are messy, some are repeated or unused.

  • I need help applying a clean, consistent class structure, possibly using Finsweet’s Client-First system or something similar.

  • Fonts and text sizes are inconsistent and need to be standardized.

  • CMS collections are not fully structured. I'd like guidance on how to build dynamic CMS-driven content for services, teams, blog, etc.

  1. General visual and functional cleanup

  • Font styles, spacings, and responsiveness need tweaking.

  • Some sections are not aligning properly across breakpoints.

  • I’d appreciate help reviewing and polishing the overall layout and style system.

🧠 Who I’m looking for:

  • A Webflow expert with strong experience in CMS structuring and class naming systems

  • Someone who knows how to integrate location-based redirects or filtering (through Webflow native tools, custom code, or third-party tools)

  • Bonus: someone who can explain what they’re doing, so I can learn a bit along the way (I’m a designer, not a developer!)

📌 Deliverables:

  • Organized, clean Webflow project with consistent class naming

  • CMS structure built for branches, services, and more

  • Fully working location-based functionality (input or filter by postcode/area)

  • Visual cleanup of the existing design

Let me know what tools or approaches you would suggest for the location feature. If you’ve done something similar before, please share examples or links!

Excited to collaborate and get this project into shape 🚀
