Webflow Developer Needed to Complete Website Build-Out

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Webflow Developer to assist in completing the build-out of a professional website. The site is already partially developed and we need a skilled Webflow expert to help bring it across the finish line.

Responsibilities:

• Complete the build-out of existing Webflow pages (home, about, location, workforce, community, utilities, tax incentives, and contact pages)

• Implement clean, responsive designs across desktop, tablet, and mobile views

• Set up and optimize CMS collections where applicable

• Ensure fast loading speed, SEO best practices, and clean structure

• Integrate light animations and interactions where needed (nothing heavy or complex)

• Collaborate closely with our team and follow provided design files, brand standards, and project instructions

• Troubleshoot any layout, formatting, or responsive design issues

Requirements:

• Proven experience building and launching websites in Webflow

• Strong skills in layout structure, page design, interactions, CMS setup, and SEO basics within Webflow

• Attention to detail and a focus on creating clean, organized builds

• Ability to follow existing design direction and brand style guides

• Good communication skills and responsive to feedback and revisions

• Availability to start immediately and deliver work on a reasonably fast timeline

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with commercial real estate, or corporate websites

• Ability to suggest small improvements or optimizations when appropriate

Project Scope:

• Estimated 20 hours to complete the current phase

• Additional ongoing work possible for updates, expansions, or new projects
