B2B Site Launch Specialist

Job Description:

I'm working on a website for a B2B consulting firm. The site is built in Webflow and structurally complete, but I need another set of hands to help me polish it and get it launch-ready. I'm getting lost in the details and need someone who can move quickly and make good design decisions.

This is a collaborative role — not just "build what I spec." I need someone who can look at a section and make it better.

What I Need Help With

Design Polish

  • Refine layouts that are "close but not quite" (spacing, alignment, visual balance)

  • Make sections feel more cohesive and polished

  • Improve visual hierarchy where it's muddy

  • Ensure consistency across all pages

Navigation

  • Fix/rebuild the nav menu (dropdowns, mobile hamburger, sticky behavior)

  • Make sure it works smoothly across all breakpoints

Imagery

  • Source appropriate stock photography for the site (professional services / B2B aesthetic)

  • Replace placeholder images throughout

  • Ensure images are optimized and properly sized

CMS Work

  • Polish blog/insights collection templates

  • Set up any remaining CMS collections

  • Ensure dynamic content displays correctly

Responsive QA

  • Go through all pages on tablet and mobile

  • Fix layout issues, stacking problems, spacing inconsistencies

  • Make sure everything looks intentional at every breakpoint

About the Project

  • Industry: B2B technology consulting / professional services

  • Aesthetic: Clean, minimal, premium consultancy feel (think McKinsey, not startup)

  • Platform: Webflow (CMS hosting)

  • Pages: ~6 main pages plus blog

  • State: Structurally complete, needs design refinement and polish

Design system exists (typography, colors, spacing) — I'll share everything you need.

What I'm Looking For

Someone who:

  • Has strong design sensibility — can look at something and know how to make it better

  • Is fast in Webflow — doesn't need to Google basic stuff

  • Can work independently — I'll give direction but I don't want to micromanage

  • Communicates well — flags issues, asks smart questions, shares progress

  • Is available now — I need help this week, not next month

This is ideal for someone who's both a designer AND developer — not just one or the other.

Logistics

Timeline: Ongoing over the next 1-2 weeks, flexible hours

Communication: Slack, Loom, or whatever works for you

Access: I'll add you to the Webflow project directly

I'm in the weeds on this project and just need a capable person to share the load. If you're good, there may be more work down the line.

To Apply

Keep it short:

Share 1-2 Webflow sites you've designed/built (B2B or professional services preferred)

Tell me your availability over the next 1-2 weeks

Hourly rate

Happy to do a quick call to walk through the project before we start.
