SEO-Focused Developer for Dual-Brand Recruitment Site
Project Overview: I am looking for a disciplined Webflow Developer to build the "machine" for Zionic Group, a recruitment and labour hire firm. We are building an SEO-first lead generation engine. I have a detailed 16-page build specv1.4 (Phased Build Version) ready and attached to this post.
Phase 1 Deliverables (The "Machine"):
Foundations: Style guide using Webflow Variables and Finsweet Client-First naming conventions.
Two-Brand Header: Parent (Group) and Subsidiary (/hire/) logic with contextual routing.
Core Pages: Build 10 page shells (Home, Services, Hire, Compliance, Candidates, etc.) using reusable components.
CMS Engine: Set up a relational/junction collection for Role-Location SEO pages (as outlined in the spec).
Conversion: Mobile sticky CTA bar (safe-area aware) and 3 forms with redirects to thank-you pages.
Technical Non-Negotiables:
Client-First Naming: Mandatory for all classes.
Variables Panel: Must be used for all color and spacing tokens.
Relational CMS: Experience with junction collections and multi-reference fields is required.
No Hard-Coding: Everything must be component-based and scalable.
Project Type: Fixed Price, Milestone-based ($1,500 AUD total). Timeline: 14-day sprint.
Milestone 1 ($450): Foundations & Style Guide (Variables, Client-First setup).
Milestone 2 ($650): Global Components & 10 Page Shells (Headers, Mobile Sticky Bar).
Milestone 3 ($400): CMS Architecture (Roles/Locations Junction) & Tracking QA.
"To prove you have read the full spec, please start your proposal with the word ADELAIDE and briefly mention your experience with Australian recruitment or industrial websites."
