Directory & Blog Website Developer: Airtable Integration

I’m looking for an experienced Webflow/Airtable freelancer to build a public-facing directory + blog website.

Stack we’ll use:

  • Backend: Airtable for listings (easy to update).

  • Frontend: Webflow (similar layout to therunningdirectory.ca/)

  • Integration: Whalesync (starter plan) for Airtable ↔ Webflow CMS sync.

  • Features: Search, Filters, Email Sign Up For Newsletter -

  • SEO: Optimized structure, metadata, and schema markup for ratings.

Scope includes:

  • Template/Wire Frame

  • Airtable base schema setup.

  • Webflow CMS collections mapped to Airtable via Whalesync.

  • Blog/news CMS setup for SEO.

  • Newsletter signup integratation

  • I will do SEO configuration once you explain me (meta tags, OG images, schema for ratings).

  • Documentation & Loom walkthrough for updates.

Budget: ~$500 fixed price

Timeline: ~3 weeks

Payment will be structured in milestones (setup, sync, features, final handover) for clarity and accountability.
