Senior Developer for B2B Site Redesign
Project Overview
onQ Digital (www.onqdigitalgroup.com.au) is undertaking a full redesign and rebuild of our corporate website to better reflect the company’s evolution into an enterprise software, in-venue media, and retail media infrastructure platform.
This is not a brochure site, ecommerce build, or marketing experiment. The site must clearly communicate complex platforms, technical credibility, and enterprise-grade capability to audiences across IT, marketing, operations, and media.
We are looking for a senior web developer (individual contractor — not an agency) who can own the build end-to-end, work closely with our internal team, and deliver a polished, high-performance website suitable for enterprise sales conversations.
Scope of Work
Website Architecture & Build
Rebuild the onQ Digital website using a modern, maintainable web stack
Implement a fast, scalable, SEO-friendly architecture
Ensure excellent performance across desktop and mobile
Structure content and navigation for enterprise buyers and multiple personas
Design the site so it can scale over time (products, platforms, case studies, content)
Frontend Development
Translate design files (Figma or similar) into a production-ready website
Pixel-accurate UI implementation (layout, spacing, typography, responsiveness)
Implement clean interactions and subtle motion where appropriate
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility best practices
CMS & Content Management
Work with a modern CMS (Webflow, headless CMS, or equivalent)
Enable non-technical users to easily manage and update content
Build flexible page templates for future expansion
Ensure content structure supports SEO and long-term scalability
Performance, SEO & Quality
Strong technical SEO fundamentals baked into the build
Clean, semantic HTML and structured content
Optimised Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse scores
Fast load times and reliable performance
Required Experience (Please Do Not Apply Without These)
Proven experience building B2B / enterprise websites
Strong frontend skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience with modern web stacks or frameworks (e.g. Webflow, Next.js, Astro, or similar)
Strong understanding of UX for complex products and platforms
Excellent attention to detail and code quality
Ability to work independently and deliver to a high standard
Highly Desirable (Nice to Have)
Experience working with technology, SaaS, or platform companies
Familiarity with headless CMS architectures
Experience optimising sites for enterprise SEO
Ability to advise on structure, not just implement designs
