Senior Designer - Institutional Infrastructure Platform

We are seeking an experienced Senior Webflow Designer to lead the design of our institutional infrastructure platform. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise-level design principles and the ability to create visually appealing and functional web applications.

Job Description:

UMIP Inc. is building an institutional-grade digital infrastructure registry platform. We are seeking a high-level Webflow designer to refine and elevate our website to match enterprise, regulatory, and capital markets expectations.

This is not a marketing-heavy startup site.

This is a credibility-first, system-forward institutional platform.

We already have:

Global typography system deployed

Layout framework structured

Hero and page scaffolding in place

Design direction defined

We now need a designer who understands:

Institutional UI systems

Platform clarity over visual noise

Structured spacing and typography discipline

Enterprise-level polish

Minimal, controlled design language

Scope of Work

Refine homepage hero layout and hierarchy

Improve visual rhythm and spacing

Implement institutional-grade typography scaling

Optimize container structure and layout balance

Design consistent section systems (hero, content, CTA, footer)

Apply clean, authoritative UI styling

Integrate appropriate institutional imagery

Institutional Imaging Requirements
