Luxury Estate Website Designer

We are seeking an experienced web developer (or small studio) to design and build a high-end, narrative-led website for a premium private wilderness estate based in Tasmania.

This is not a standard tourism or booking website. The site’s primary purpose is to function as a digital prospectus and authority platform for a rare private asset, while still supporting limited retail bookings.

A detailed project brief is attached and should be reviewed in full before responding.

About the Business

Bakers Walking Company operates exclusively on a 1,137-acre private wilderness estate (approximately twice the size of Monaco) that is completely closed to the public. We are the only provider in Tasmania able to offer total public seclusion at this scale combined with a luxury experience.

The estate itself is the hero. All experiences are expressions of controlled access to this land.

Secondary: Exploration of the estate and experiences

Tertiary: Retail bookings (via FareHarbor)
