Web & Light Coding Assistant - WordPress Experience Required

I’m looking for someone to help with day-to-day web tasks—mostly Webflow (sometimes WordPress), plus light coding for JavaScript integrations and automations.

This isn’t about being a senior engineer—it’s about being resourceful and able to produce clean, working solutions (not just an AI’s first draft). A good eye for design and the ability to follow Figma mockups is a must.

We’re in a marketing ecosystem, so you should be familiar with terms like SEO, content strategy, and campaign flows(random examples). You don’t need to do the marketing, just understand the context. An occasional marketing related task may be available if you happen to have those skill sets as we go.

What you’ll do:

• Handle Webflow builds/updates (can complete a site from a mockup if needed).

• Light WordPress plugins/fixes/maintenance.

• Connect/troubleshoot marketing tools (sometimes with JS).

• Work on small tasks (a couple hours each) and occasionally larger projects.

• Stay reasonably responsive during 9–5 PST via Slack (not “on call,” just collaborative).

What I’m looking for:

• Solid Webflow skills + some WordPress.

• Basic JavaScript for simple integrations.

• Familiar with marketing lingo (SEO, automations, campaigns).

• Eye for design + Figma basics.

• Good communicator + collaborative mindset.

Compensation:

Hourly or per-task, with workload likely adding up to $1,000–$1,500/month range depending on fit.

Growth:

We’re still shaping this role as we go. For the right person, there’s real opportunity to grow and take on more. We’re looking for someone collaborative, easygoing, and excited to define the role with us over time.Including larger projects and work hours.
