Next.js/Tailwind Developer for Webflow Conversion
Project Overview
We have an existing marketing website built with Webflow (absentify.com – absence management software for Microsoft Teams & Microsoft 365) and want to convert it completely to a modern, fast, fully static Next.js application using pure Tailwind CSS (no custom CSS files, no CSS-in-JS libraries except what's needed for animations).
Goal:
100% pixel-perfect recreation of the design
Perfectly responsive on all devices (mobile, tablet, desktop)
Clean, maintainable code structure with reusable centralized components (Header, Footer, Hero, FeatureCards, PricingTable, CTA sections, Testimonials etc.)
Use Next.js App Router
Static export possible (SSG) – the site will be completely static (no dynamic backend needed)
Language: English only (no multi-language support required)
Only one blog page as example (absentify.com/blog + one article like absentify.com/blog/teams-absence-setting) – no full blog system/CMS needed
Pages to convert (complete list – approx. 25–30 pages, but many share the same layouts/templates):
absentify.com (Homepage)
absentify.com/absence-management-software
absentify.com/brand-kit
absentify.com/case-studies (+ subpages: gispartner, productle, territorium)
absentify.com/comparison/absentify-vs-absence-io
absentify.com/customer-stories
absentify.com/features (+ sub-feature pages)
absentify.com/pricing
absentify.com/vacation-planner-software
absentify.com/why-absentify
absentify.com/leave-planner-app
Legal & Info pages: cookie-policy, gdpr, imprint, privacy-policy, terms-and-conditions, security, iso-27001..., responsible-disclosure, subprocessors, thank-you
Blog example: absentify.com/blog + one article
Next.js (App Router preferred)
Tailwind CSS (latest) + TypeScript
Reusable components in /components folder (z. B. Button, Card, SectionHeader, Navbar, Footer, FeatureGrid, PricingCard, TestimonialCarousel etc.)
Clean folder structure (z. B. /app for pages, /components, /lib/utils etc.)
No external UI libraries like shadcn, Radix, MUI unless absolutely necessary (pure Tailwind)
Animations: Keep existing scroll/entrance animations where they improve UX (using Framer Motion or similar – but keep it lightweight)
Performance: Aim for excellent Core Web Vitals (fast LCP, good CLS)
Fully responsive & mobile-first
SEO-friendly (same meta tags als on old page)
Accessibility basics (same as webflow)
Provided Materials
Full access to Webflow project (read-only or export)
