Part-Time Project Manager, Web & Branding
We are Lunour, a boutique branding and web studio focused on funded tech startups. We deliver brand strategy, visual identity, website design, and Webflow builds. We need a contract Project Manager who can run delivery operations so our founders can focus on strategy and creative direction.
This is not a “checklist PM” role. You will own timelines, client comms, meeting cadence, feedback workflows, and internal coordination across designers and developers.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage project plans, timelines, and task boards
- Run weekly client meetings (agenda, notes, action items, deadlines)
- Manage feedback cycles and enforce deadlines and approvals
- Coordinate internal handoffs (strategy, design, copy, dev)
- Keep contractors on track, especially Webflow development
- Proactively surface risks, scope creep, and timeline issues
- Maintain organized documentation and a clean source of truth
- Closeout projects with QA and handoff docs
Requirements
- 3+ years PM experience in a branding, design, or web agency
- Strong writing and client communication
- Comfortable pushing timelines, follow-ups, and approvals
- Experience with Webflow projects and dev handoffs
- Fluent in Notion (or similar), Slack, Google Workspace
- Overlap with Pacific time is a plus
Hours and duration
- 10-15 hours per week to start
- Ongoing contract, 3 month trial period
- Rate: propose your hourly and a weekly retainer option
To apply, please include:
- Two examples of project timelines you’ve managed (screenshots are fine)
- Your weekly availability and timezone
- Your approach to managing client feedback and approvals
- Any experience managing Webflow builds and dev partners
Thanks!
Scott
