Card Show Website Developer - Brisbane Event

We're launching a brand-new event in Brisbane, Australia called the Brisbane Card Show — a community-focused convention for trading card and sports card enthusiasts. We're looking for a skilled web designer/developer to build a modern, bold, engaging website that communicates the event vibe, sells tickets, and supports vendors with a resource portal.

We need a full build including:

  • Homepage

  • About/Event Overview

  • Vendor Info + Expression of Interest Form (Google Form or Webform)

  • Ticket Info (link to TryBooking/Eventbrite etc.)

  • Contact page

  • Vendor Portal (password-protected or login system — open to solutions)

We have brand colours, logo, and Canva assets ready.

You’ll be responsible for implementing design, structure, and form integrations.

We’re open to:

  • Webflow (preferred for design polish)

  • WordPress (preferred if login system is needed)

  • Wix (already used on another site, easy option)

Please recommend the best platform based on cost and function.

Ideal Freelancer:

  • Experience with event websites or membership-style builds

  • Strong communication and UI/UX sense

  • Can work with Google Drive, Canva, and Notion docs

  • Bonus if based in Australia or understands local context.

With you application, please send:

  • Links to similar work (especially event sites)

  • Platform recommendation (and why)

  • Timeline for completion

  • Whether you can set up a simple vendor login or portal solution
