The Role
We’re looking for a part-time Webflow Designer/Developer to own and improve our marketing site and digital brand presence. This role will take our storytelling, conversion funnels, and visual polish to the next level—ensuring every visitor has a seamless and compelling experience from first click to collector signup.
You’ll collaborate closely with the product, design, and growth teams to implement landing pages, optimize site performance, and create a design system that scales as we grow.
What Success Looks Like
First 90 days:
• Refresh our marketing site with a new homepage design and at least 2 optimized landing pages.
• Implement a clear design system in Webflow (components, styles, responsive rules).
• Improve site speed and SEO fundamentals.
By end of year one:
• Scale to a Webflow site that supports multiple concurrent campaigns, product launches, and creator partnerships.
• Establish a robust A/B testing and analytics setup to improve conversion rates month over month.
What You'll Do
• Design & build in Webflow: Create responsive, high-converting landing pages, microsites, and content pages.
• Translate brand into web: Apply Rare Candy’s visual identity across digital touchpoints with consistency and creativity.
• Optimize for growth: Implement CRO best practices, analytics integrations, and SEO enhancements.
• Maintain & evolve: Own ongoing updates, bug fixes, and feature requests for
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Growth on campaign pages, with Product on feature launches, and with Design on brand evolution.
• Document & scale: Build out a scalable design system in Webflow so future contributors can move fast with consistency.
A Day in Your Life at Rare Candy
You start by polishing a new landing page for a major Pokémon drop, ensuring mobile experience feels flawless. By midday, you’re syncing with Growth to design a referral campaign page. Later, you’re optimizing site load times with lightweight animations, then documenting new Webflow components so the team can launch faster next time.
You Might Be a Fit If …
• You have 3+ years experience designing and developing in Webflow (portfolio required).
• You have a strong eye for visual design, UX, and responsive best practices.
• You’re comfortable with light custom code (HTML, CSS, JS) when Webflow’s native features need a boost.
• You have experience integrating analytics, forms, CMS, and SEO tools into Webflow builds.
• You’re able to work independently, manage multiple requests, and deliver with speed and polish.
• Bonus points if you love TCGs (Pokémon, MTG, Lorcana, etc.) and can design with that audience in mind.
