Lead Website Developer & Site Manager

Developing a robust website architecture is crucial for any business looking to establish a strong online presence. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and managing the main Webflow instance, ensuring seamless integration of analytics, ABM infrastructure, and CMS ease-of-use.
About This Opportunity

This position requires a web developer with deep expertise in Webflow to join our internal Brand Design team. Your primary objective will be to transform our current website into a multi-faceted destination serving our growing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage Notable's main Webflow instance, ensuring robust site architecture, ABM infrastructure, analytics, and CMS ease-of-use.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and other functional areas to translate visual or content concepts to functional web experiences.
• Prioritize tasks across new initiatives and ongoing maintenance and improvements.
• Owning the reliability of our website and managing urgent/ad-hoc requirements.
• Advise on other web/digital initiatives requiring technical knowledge.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working alongside small teams with a desire to unblock and creatively problem solve.
• A strong preference for a design/developer hybrid pushing the envelope as to what's possible.
• Strong collaboration and project management skills with ability to work across departments and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
