The Role

We’re hiring a Junior Webflow Developer based in Portland, Oregon to support our expanding website development work. This is a hybrid role that requires regular in-office collaboration at our Portland office, with additional flexibility for remote work.

The in-office schedule will be consistent but flexible, and may increase over time as the team grows and collaboration needs evolve.

This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly capable in Webflow, has a strong web design and development foundation, and is excited to grow alongside a boutique agency.

Webflow development and design is critical to this role. A portfolio of Webflow or other relevant website work is required.

What You’ll Do

• Build responsive, high-quality websites in Webflow, following approved designs and best practices, including Lumos or Client-First.

• Work from and contribute to design files in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

• Collaborate closely with designers and strategists during in-office and remote working sessions

• Support broader web design initiatives, including layout improvements, visual refinements, and UI updates

• Maintain and update existing WordPress websites (content updates, plugin management, light styling changes)

• Ensure websites are accessible, performant, and optimized across devices and browsers

• Follow and contribute to internal build standards and Webflow systems

• Participate in reviews, feedback sessions, and regular in-person collaboration in Portland

• Support partners and teammates with a service-oriented mindset rooted in clarity, reliability, and care

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Strong hands-on experience building websites in Webflow

• A portfolio of Webflow sites you’ve personally built or significantly contributed to

• Solid understanding of web design fundamentals (typography, spacing, layout, hierarchy)

• Comfort working in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript

• Understanding of animation with GSAP and Webflow Interactions

• Experience translating design files into responsive, production-ready websites

• Experience with responsive design and modern web standards

• Working knowledge of WordPress, including updating existing sites

• Based in or near Portland, OR, and comfortable with a hybrid schedule that includes regular in-office work

• Flexibility and openness as in-office expectations evolve over time

• A clear desire to grow into a highly skilled Webflow developer and web designer

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and website performance optimization

• Graphic Design experience with e-mails, social media, or other.

• Experience working in an agency or partner-service environment
