We’re looking for a Webflow developer with experience integrating HubSpot forms without iframes, customizing embedded forms, and modernizing modal UI/UX.

​

Our website thesalesnerd.com currently uses a HubSpot form embed inside a Webflow modal. Because the form loads in an iframe, our CSS cannot style the email input and submit button to meet our design goals.

​

We need someone who can:

​

✅ Replace the iframe HubSpot form with a native Webflow form

​

✅ Submit that form to HubSpot via the HubSpot Forms API

​

✅ Preserve all HubSpot tracking + workflows + email automation

​

✅ Style the form inline (email + button tight appearance) on desktop/mobile

​

✅ Maintain our existing modal and page layout

​

✅ Deliver a clean UX that feels premium and conversion-focused

​

The long-term goal is to improve conversion and reduce friction while ensuring data lands in HubSpot exactly the same as it does today.

Responsibilities

​

• Build the modal form in Webflow (email input + button)

​

• Write the JS to post submissions to the HubSpot Forms API

​

• Ensure HubSpot contact creation & workflows trigger correctly

​

• Make the form layout tight and modern (inline on desktop)

​

• Maintain responsiveness/mobile behavior

​

• Add any necessary CSS/JS (preferably scoped, no global overrides)

​

• Test end-to-end (Webflow → HubSpot → success state → workflows)

​

• Provide clear instructions (or implement) for HubSpot workflows if needed

Your Skills / Experience

We want someone who has:

✔ Strong Webflow development skills

✔ Experience integrating with the HubSpot Forms API

​

✔ Clear understanding of native Webflow forms vs HubSpot iframe embeds

​

✔ Comfortable writing scoped CSS and JS

​

✔ Good UX judgment (especially on modals/forms)

​

✔ Experience with conversions / lead capture optimization

​

✔ Ability to QA cross-browser and on mobile

​

Bonus: familiarity with HubSpot workflows and double opt-in email logic.
