Healthcare UX Designer for Site Redesigns

Job Description:
We are redesigning two healthcare websites in Webflow using the Kaskade theme and are looking for a skilled Webflow designer with strong UX, branding, and visual design experience to bring a clean, modern, and wellness-focused user experience to life.
This project includes:
–Market Place Dentistry – a reimagined dental brand moving away from clinical imagery toward a lifestyle-driven, spa-inspired aesthetic.
– TruCheck Health – a preventive care and wellness company seeking a clean, calming, and patient-first digital presence.
We’ve completed the foundational setup. Now we need a designer/developer who can elevate the project with responsive design, visual clarity, branding, and clean technical execution.

Phase 1: Webflow Website Build & UX Launch
✅ Webflow Design & UX Enhancements
– Customize and refine the Kaskade theme to match our brand vision
– Build responsive, mobile-first layouts across all devices
– Design clear user flows for appointments, contact forms, and CTAs
– Add interactive elements, modern navigation structures, and subtle animations
✅ Component & Style System Work
– Build modular components (cards, CTAs, service sections, nav elements)
– Create and maintain organized, scalable class naming and structure
– Set up clean navigation IDs and link structures
– Optimize backend for performance, scalability, and easy content management
✅ Interactive Media & Motion
– Embed lightweight, optimized video components (hero banners, sections)
– Integrate Lottie animations for dynamic transitions and micro-interactions
– Ensure fast load speeds and smooth user experiences across all devices
✅ Performance, SEO & Best Practices
– Design and build with Google Core Web Vitals top of mind (speed, interactivity, stability)
– Align with Google best practices for SEO structure and SERP performance
– Optimize for clean titles, alt text, mobile responsiveness, and internal linking
– Ensure cross-browser and device compatibility

Phase 2: Brand Book & Visual Consistency Finalization
✅ Visual Identity Creation
– Create clean, modern logos, banners, and section visuals optimized for web
– Select and finalize brand typography (fonts, hierarchy)
– Define color palettes and usage rules for consistency across both websites
✅ Brand Book Development
– Build a basic, clean Brand Book that includes:
– Finalized logos and variations
– Banner samples and placement guidelines
– Font selections and hierarchy usage
– Color swatches with HEX/RGB values
– Design system documentation for internal reference and future projects
