About the role

ChangeBT is a Dubai-based consulting firm with 3 offers: capital raising advisory, sales consulting, and Middle East market entry. We want an operator who can own on-site SEO on Webflow, off-site authority building, and Answer Engine Optimization for AI models. This is long-term work focused on compounding results, not quick hacks.

Scope

Technical SEO on Webflow - audits, speed, indexing, redirects, CMS structure, schema.

On-page - content briefs, internal linking, programmatic longtail pages.

Off-page - digital PR, outreach for high-quality links, citations, partner co-posts.

AEO - build clear entity signals and concise Q&A content that AI assistants surface.

Local SEO - GBP-like profile setup and ME-focused landing pages where relevant.

Reporting - monthly KPI report with actions and learnings.
