 Quick competitor scan for positioning and section strategy

 Create a conversion focused homepage in Figma or directly in Webflow

 Build the homepage in Webflow with clean, reusable components

 Mobile responsive and performance minded

 Basic SEO foundations for the homepage

 Handover walkthrough so our team can update content safely

Extra:

 Create a SaaS proof and trust system on the homepage, including

 A security and compliance strip (SOC 2, GDPR, SSO, data handling)

 A procurement ready section (implementation timeline, onboarding, support, FAQs)

 A role based section toggle for key audiences (for example, Founder, Marketing, RevOps, IT) or a choose your path block
