Webflow Expert Needed to Rebuild Existing Design (from Replit) into Scalable Template

I have an existing website design fully built in Replit (HTML/CSS/JS). It is not currently in Webflow.

Your task will be to rebuild it in Webflow using a scalable, reusable, component-based structure so it can be quickly cloned and customized for future client sites.

I will provide the Replit link and demo content to a shortlisted group of candidates so you can review it in detail before finalizing your proposal.

The Goal:

Create a master Webflow project that I can easily duplicate for new clients.

Structure it so that swapping branding, content, and services is simple enough for me (non-designer) to do quickly.

This is the foundation for a repeatable business model, so clarity, reusability, and clean build practices are key.

Requirements:

Strong Webflow experience with proven work on reusable templates or component libraries.

Experience with a naming convention like Client-First (or similar best practices).

Skilled in setting up CMS collections for dynamic content (services, testimonials, reviews, etc.).

Ability to accurately translate an existing coded design (from Replit or similar) into Webflow.

Attention to detail for responsive design and mobile optimization.

Nice to Have (but not required):

Familiarity with Airtable, Zapier, or other integrations.

Understanding of SEO best practices for Webflow builds.

First Project Deliverables:

Rebuild my current Replit site in Webflow, matching design & functionality exactly.

Structure the site into reusable components/sections for easy cloning.

Implement clean CMS for editable content.

Provide short Loom or written walkthrough so I can confidently duplicate & edit for future clients.

Timeline:

Initial build should be completed within 1–2 weeks of start.

Budget:

Fixed price: $500 for initial build (open to proposals if scope justifies).

Future Work:

If this goes well, I will have ongoing projects cloning and customizing the template for multiple client sites.
