NY Client Seeks Experienced Designer & Developer

BizTek People is in search of an experienced Webflow Designer & Developer for our client in NY, NY!

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Webflow enterprise platform and its capabilities. You should have strong visual design skills combined with extensive technical knowledge of designing and maintaining an enterprise Webflow CMS, ensuring an intuitive user experience.

Must be adept at creating and optimizing our digital experience to provide a seamless UX for our audiences. Additionally, you should be able to collaborate effectively with creatives, marketers, and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end development of Webflow sites and components, from page structure to animations and interactions. Build, implement, and manage design systems and global styles in Webflow.
• Implement CMS-driven templates for case studies, insights, bios, and internal tools. Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces.
• Work collaboratively with design, brand, and digital teams to iterate and optimize user experience. Translate designs into high-fidelity Webflow builds that reflect brand guidelines and best practices.
• Document best practices, maintain development guidelines, and ensure responsiveness, performance, and WCAG accessibility compliance.
• Proactively suggest and implement website improvements based on data, benchmarks, and user experience trends. Bring a creative and analytical lens to problem-solving to balance great design with measurable results.
• Support QA and testing across browsers, devices, and screen sizes. Help shape our Webflow governance model, including version control, backup strategy, and permissions.
• Stay current on Webflow features, plug-ins, and capabilities, and proactively suggest improvements.

Requirements / Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience working with Webflow, including a strong portfolio of published work of full +100-page sites. Proficiency in Webflow CMS, animations, and interactions.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles. Ability to build reusable components, global styles, and design systems within Webflow.
• Detailed understanding of building design systems and intuitive user experiences, with an eye for design, motion, typography, and UX principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CMS-driven workflows.
• Exceptional professionalism and confidence in engaging with internal stakeholders and navigating a matrixed environment.
• Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment, with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries is a plus, but not required.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
