VA: Publish 240 Articles with TOC Jump Links

I’m looking for an experienced Webflow VA to help upload and update around 240 blog posts on an existing Webflow project.

Scope of Work

You will be responsible for:

  • Uploading / updating a total of 240 articles in Webflow

  • 53 articles are already in Webflow and need updates

  • 187 articles are currently in Word documents and need to be added as new posts

  • For each article:

  • Add / replace featured images (I’ll provide images or clear guidelines on what to use)

  • Paste and format article text from Word into Webflow (headings, paragraphs, lists, etc.)

  • Make small code-related edits inside the content area where needed (e.g. embed code blocks, small HTML tweaks if required)

  • Add a Table of Contents at the top (if not already there) and create jump links / anchor links from the TOC to each main section of the article

  • Check each published page in preview to ensure:

  • TOC links jump to the correct sections

  • Formatting looks clean and consistent

  • Images display correctly on desktop and mobile

Optional / Advanced Task

  • If you have strong Webflow CMS + automation experience, I’d like you to:

  • Review whether it’s realistic to:

  • Convert the current article content (currently in Word files) into a CSV suitable for Webflow CMS import

  • Map the CSV fields to Webflow CMS fields (title, slug, body, author, image, etc.)

  • If it is realistic:

  • Propose a clear, simple workflow for turning the Word content into CSV (e.g. using a repeatable process or tool)

  • Help set this up so future batches of content can be imported more efficiently

If this CSV route turns out to be more trouble than it’s worth for this batch (messy conversion, formatting issues, etc.), we will stick to manual upload, but I’d still value your assessment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Webflow CMS and content entry

  • Comfortable working with:

  • Headings (H1–H3), lists, basic rich text formatting

  • Anchor links / jump links and IDs for TOC-style navigation

  • Basic HTML or code blocks inside Webflow (not heavy coding, just confident editing)

  • Very strong attention to detail (especially with:

  • Correct TOC link targets

  • Consistent formatting across posts

  • No broken links or missing images)

  • Good written English for understanding instructions and naming anchors/sections clearly

  • Ability to follow and improve a process where it makes sense (e.g. suggest a better way to structure the workflow or CMS)

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience setting up CSV → Webflow CMS imports

  • Experience cleaning or standardizing content coming from Word/Docs into web-friendly formatting

  • Familiarity with SEO basics (slugs, meta titles, headings structure), although this is not a core requirement

What I Will Provide

  • Access to Webflow project

  • Word files for all remaining articles

  • Any required images or image guidelines

  • Example of a “perfect” finished article (formatting, TOC, anchors) so you can match the standard

How to Apply

Please start your proposal with the word “WebflowTOC” so I know you’ve read the full description.

In your application, briefly include:

  1. A short description of your Webflow CMS experience

  1. An example of a site/page where you implemented anchor links / jump links / TOC navigation

  1. Whether you have experience with CSV imports into Webflow, and how you would approach converting Word files into a CSV workflow (at a high level)

  1. Your estimated hours needed to complete 240 posts, given the details above

This is a task-focused project, but if we work well together there is potential for ongoing content and Webflow-related work.
