On mini opt-in submit, open a modal pop-up prefilled with the Property address, then collect Full Name, Phone, Email, and protect with Google reCAPTCHA. Template also includes a full-width hero, one Rich Text article body, a comparison block, a testimonial, an opt-in section, and full SEO (dynamic meta, OG, JSON-LD). Deliver 3 live city pages (Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington) using our copy and assets.
