Virtual Assistant for CMS & Automation Setup
We’re looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience in Webflow CMS and content automation tools (RankYak) to help us set up and manage our company blog and article publishing workflow.
The right candidate will:
Configure and style Webflow CMS Collection Template pages (blog articles).
Build a dynamic Blog Index page (reverse chronological order, with pagination).
Ensure RankYak is properly integrated with Webflow, so new AI-generated articles are automatically pushed into the CMS and appear correctly on the site.
Handle styling, formatting, and light CMS maintenance to ensure a polished, branded look.
This is a one-time project with the potential for ongoing support as we scale.
Responsibilities:
Create and style a Blog Index Page in Webflow.
Connect CMS fields (Title, Body, Hero Image, Publish Date, Author, Tags, etc.) to the Collection Template Page.
Configure dynamic sorting (newest → oldest).
Set up RankYak → Webflow CMS integration (verify API key + Site ID mapping).
QA test: confirm that new articles generated via RankYak display correctly on the live blog.
Optimize formatting for readability (typography, spacing, mobile).
Deliverables / Milestones:
CMS Setup & Template Binding
Collection Template page styled and connected to CMS fields.
Article detail page displays correctly.
Blog Index Page
Index page lists all articles dynamically in reverse chronological order.
Pagination enabled (e.g., 6–9 posts per page).
RankYak Integration
RankYak → Webflow CMS integration tested.
One sample article published live automatically.
Polish & QA
Check layout on desktop + mobile.
Adjust fonts, spacing, and image formatting for clean brand alignment.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Webflow CMS (please share project links).
Familiarity with API-based content integrations (RankYak or similar).
Attention to detail in styling & formatting.
Strong communication and responsiveness.
Nice to Have:
SEO knowledge (meta tags, Open Graph, structured data).
Experience with other automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.).
