I'm looking for a no-code developer/designer to build a simple directory website using Softr (preferred) or Webflow.

The site will showcase the top tools in finance, accounting, payroll, and tax — similar to SaaSHub.com or StartupStash.com, but focused specifically on financial tools.

What I need:
• A homepage design with a clean, modern layout
• A way to display tools by category - like accounting, bill pay, payroll and many others.

Each tool will show a logo, short description, and external link and a comments section

Login required to view the full list (email + name) - nice to have

Store user signups for download or future emails - nice to have

The content will be pulled from a Google Sheet (already prepared)

I plan to add a lot more software apps later to the directory - so will need instruction on how to do it.

Nice to have - a way where users can upvote a tool or rate it.

This is an MVP - so I don't want a monthly subscription that will cost a lot.

I need admin access to add/edit tools through the backend
