Premium site build from Relume wireframes for Scholars Row

I’m looking for a Webflow developer to take an existing Relume sitemap + wireframes and build a clean, premium first version of a marketing website in Webflow.

relume.io/app/project/P2957814_Z87YopwIUj4Vb0bFRJcjjbCgnTIYut7YoM5aA-uQtg4#mode=design

Project: Scholar’s Row — a nationwide premium academic housing developer/operator focused on graduate programs (medicine, law, hard sciences).

Important: This is not “student housing” marketing. Tone must feel institutional, calm, and credible.

What I already have

Relume sitemap and wireframes for core pages (Home, Our Company, The Standard, Communities, Partners, Investor Relations, News/Insights, Contact).

Copy direction and section intent is defined in Relume.

What I need from you

Webflow build (v1)

Build the site in Webflow based on the Relume wireframes.

Match the wireframe layout closely, while improving spacing/typography where needed for a premium feel.

Fully responsive across desktop/tablet/mobile.

High-quality structure: clean class naming, reusable components, consistent spacing system.

CMS setup

CMS Collections for:

News / Insights (posts, categories/tags optional)

Communities (even if “coming soon”)

CMS templates for News Post and Community page.

Navigation + CTAs

Navbar + footer consistent across pages.

CTA destinations should be clean and simple:

Primary CTA: Schedule a Meeting → goes to Contact page (or a section anchor) with form

Secondary: Explore / Learn more → goes to relevant page/section

If a CTA is purely decorative in the wireframe, convert it into a sensible internal link (or remove duplicates).

No images yet (important)

I do not have final photography. For v1, please do one of the following (tell me which approach you recommend):

Preferred: Build with tasteful image placeholders + label each image slot clearly so I can swap later.

Optional: Use temporary stock photography that matches the direction (architectural, campus-adjacent, interiors, materials). No “smiling students” stock.

Also provide an “Image Requirements” list: for each image slot, note recommended aspect ratio + minimum size.

Style direction

Minimal / editorial / premium.

Lots of white space, calm hierarchy.

Black/white base with a deep navy or slate accent.

Avoid trendy gradients, loud animations, or startup hype styling.

Forms

Contact / Schedule a Meeting form:

Name

Email

Message

(Optional dropdown: “University Partner / Investor / Resident”)

Connect form submissions to Webflow form handling (and/or Zapier/Make-ready if needed).

Pages (scope)

Home

Our Company

The Scholar’s Row Standard

Communities (overview + CMS template)

University Partners

Investor Relations

News & Insights (index + CMS template)

Contact

Quality expectations

Pixel-clean build, consistent spacing and typography.

Components built for reuse (buttons, section headers, cards, etc.).

Proper responsive behavior (no broken layouts).

Webflow best practices: semantic structure, clean class naming, minimal bloat.

Deliverables

Webflow project built and ready to publish (I will own the workspace).

CMS collections + templates working.

Style guide page (basic) showing type styles, buttons, spacing, and key components.

Short handoff note: how to edit CMS items, swap images, and update nav.

Timeline / milestones (suggested)

Milestone 1: Webflow setup + global styles + navbar/footer

Milestone 2: Home + Our Company + Standard pages built responsive

Milestone 3: CMS setup (Communities + News) + templates

Milestone 4: Remaining pages + QA polish + handoff

To apply, please include

2–3 Webflow projects that feel “premium / institutional / editorial”

Confirmation you can build from Relume wireframes

Your recommendation for the “no images yet” approach (placeholders vs stock)

Estimated cost and timeline for the full scope above
