Ongoing Developer for design-led, scalable brand builds
We’re a senior-led branding and web agency with 20+ years primarily in WordPress. We’re expanding our Webflow offering and are looking for a reliable Webflow developer to support us on an ongoing basis.
This is not a one-off project. We’re looking for a long-term partner.
How We Work
Our workflow is structured but slightly unconventional.
We often begin with base layouts using sections from BYQ Supply (byq.supply/
) to accelerate builds. From there, we adapt and refine those sections to match each project’s unique design direction — typography, color systems, imagery, spacing, and overall feel.
Your role would include:
Customizing base sections to align with project-specific brand direction
Making layouts uniform and tightening visual consistency
Refining class structure for efficiency and scalability
Cleaning up spacing, padding, and responsiveness
Implementing animations thoughtfully (not just decorative motion)
Building and structuring CMS collections (blogs, properties, portfolio, etc.)
Ensuring SEO best practices and accessibility standards are respected
Maintaining performance without compromising design integrity
Most projects are design-driven and brand-focused. We care about craft.
What We’re Looking For
Fast and dependable
Strong eye for typography, spacing, and proportion
Organized in class structure and naming conventions
Comfortable working within an existing system rather than starting from scratch
Forward-thinking — someone who improves the build, not just executes it
Understands SEO structure, semantic markup, accessibility, and clean Webflow architecture
You should be equally comfortable adjusting visual details and thinking about long-term scalability.
To Apply
Please include:
3–5 Webflow projects you’ve personally built (not just designed)
A brief note on your role in each
Your weekly/monthly availability
Your typical hourly rate
Confirmation you’re comfortable working from structured base sections
We value clarity, speed, and precision.
If you’re someone who builds clean systems and cares about the small details that most people miss, we’d like to talk.
