Job Description:

Project Overview:

I need a Make.com automation expert to fix and complete an existing scenario that integrates Planning Center (church management software) with Webflow CMS. The scenario should automatically refresh our church events on our website.

Current Status:

I have a partially working Make.com scenario with API tokens already configured for both Planning Center and Webflow. The scenario currently pulls event data but fails to properly handle images and has data mapping issues.

Required Functionality:

Delete existing CMS entries - Clear all current events from the Webflow CMS collection

Pull 10 events from Planning Center API using batch request

Process complex data structure - Planning Center returns data in two arrays (Data:Data and Data:Included) that need to be properly mapped together

Handle images - Download images from Planning Center URLs and upload them to Webflow CMS (some events have images, some don't)

Create CMS entries - Populate Webflow CMS with event information including names, descriptions, start times, and images

Technical Challenges:

Planning Center API returns related data in separate arrays that need to be correlated

Image URLs need to be downloaded and uploaded (not just referenced as URLs)

Conditional logic required for events with/without images

Proper error handling for missing data fields

Deliverables:

Fully functional Make.com scenario

Documentation of the workflow

Testing to ensure all 10 events populate correctly with images

Brief explanation of how the data mapping works

Required Skills:

Advanced Make.com/Integromat experience

REST API integration expertise

Experience with complex array mapping and data relationships

Knowledge of image processing in automation workflows

Familiarity with Planning Center and/or Webflow APIs preferred
