Figma + Webflow Designer/Developer for Airbnb-Inspired Direct Booking Site (Luxury STR Brand)

📝 Job Description:

We’re launching a custom direct booking site for our flagship short-term rental property, The Grandé, a high-end double A-frame cabin in the Smoky Mountains. The site should emulate Airbnb’s new 2025 look — modern, clean, mobile-first, with intuitive design and subtle animations.

This project is for one property now, but we want the structure to easily scale to 3–5+ properties in the near future.

🌲 About the Property:

• The Grandé* is a 4-bedroom, 3-bath cabin that sleeps 14 and features:
• A convertible pickleball/basketball court
• A jacuzzi and firepit overlooking the Sevierville mountains
• Life-size games, a stocked kitchen, luxury amenities
• Optional activities like kayaking and fishing (March–Labor Day)

🛠️ Scope of Work:

You will be responsible for both design + development:
• Create full mockups in Figma (desktop + mobile)
• Build the site in Webflow (or React/Next.js — open to either)
• Integrate our OwnerRez booking engine
• Include a blog section with a CMS so we can publish SEO content (travel guides, local experiences, etc.)
• Connect Facebook Pixel + Google Analytics
• Ensure the site is mobile-first, fast-loading, and SEO-optimized
• Set up for future scalability (so we can plug in new properties easily)

✅ Ideal Candidate:

• Strong portfolio of modern, minimalist websites — ideally STR, real estate, or hotel-related
• Proficient in Figma + Webflow (or React with CMS integration)
• Experience integrating third-party booking platforms like OwnerRez, Lodgify, or Hostaway
• Understands clean UX, trust-building layout, and conversion-driven design
• Bonus: Familiarity with blog structure, schema markup, and SEO basics
