Figma to 40-Page Static Site (Export-ready)

I am looking for an experienced Frontend Developer (or Webflow Expert) to convert a completed Figma design into a high-performance static website.

The Project:

• Source: Figma (Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile designs provided).

• Type: Static Corporate Website for an IT company.

• Volume: Approx. 40 pages total.

• Important: These are NOT 40 unique designs. There are only 4-5 unique templates (Home, Service Page, Text Page, Contact, Team). The rest is just content population (copy-pasting text/images).

• Key Feature: Responsive Mega Menu.

• Backend: NONE. No CMS, no database, no working contact forms (just UI). Pure static files.

Two Ways to Complete the Job (Choose One):

I am open to either approach, as long as the final code is clean:

  1. Hand Coding: HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS/Tailwind allowed if clean), Vanilla JS.

  1. Webflow: Build in Webflow and Export Code (ZIP). Note: The code must be exported and ready for hosting on an Apache server.

Strict Requirements (Client is an IT Firm):

• Google PageSpeed: Must be 90+ (Green zone) on Desktop and Mobile.

• Responsiveness: Pixel-perfect adaptation for Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile.

• Code Quality: Clean, semantic code. No heavy frameworks like Bootstrap unless heavily customized/stripped.

• Delivery: A ZIP file with HTML/CSS/JS/Images ready for deployment.

Budget & Terms:

• Budget: $300 (Fixed Price).

• Timeline: Please specify your turnaround time.
