We are seeking a dedicated freelancer to manage our customer support through email and Discord. The role includes handling Shopify, Amazon, and Meta Commerce administrative tasks and making necessary changes to our website using Webflow (CMS + page content).

The ideal candidate should have a strong ability to communicate in English with customers and be comfortable with e-commerce platforms, as well as learning new platforms. Being available during Eastern Standard Time or Central Standard Time Monday - Friday is required.
